Hamilton Lofts developer says small extras lead to sales

Sales begin next month at Hamilton Lofts, a 12-unit building at 141st Street and Edgecombe Avenue, and the New York Daily News profiles the building’s developer, Romy Goldman. Goldman, who also developed Hamilton Parc, on 136th Street off of Amsterdam Avenue, and 48 Bond, near Lafayette Street, says the small touches she adds to her buildings help them sell well. The two-bedroom units at Hamilton Lofts include ample storage space, balconies, a tax abatement that Goldman hurried through the building permit process to get, and elevators that open directly into the units.
