Biggest price cut of the day

The unit to see the biggest price cut in Manhattan today is a
four-bedroom, three-bath apartment at 255 East 74th Street between
Second and Third avenues, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of apartment 25B in the new
condominium was cut by $465,000, and is now on the market for $5.28
million. The 2,487-square-foot apartment is now listed for 8 percent
less than its asking price of $5.74 million when it went on the market
