Jennifer Falk, executive director of the Union Square Partnership, told NY1 that Union Square is getting a residential upgrade, with about a half-dozen new high-rise towers moving into the neighborhood and new retail coming with it. One of the new buildings is 15 Union Square West, a condominium that was the original home of the luxury retailer Tiffany & Co. in the 1880s. Units will be available this summer with prices ranging from $4 million to $13 million, with a third of the 36 units reportedly already sold. [NY1]
