Madison and Park avenues, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the
5,160-square-foot townhouse was lowered by $1.6 million, and it is now
on the market for $13.9 million. This is the second time the price was
cut, and the home is now listed for 20 percent less than its asking
price of $17.5 million when it first went on the market in October. The home
