Dine-in apartments on the market

Foie gras buttercream macaroons, buckwheat matzah ball soup and lavender madeleines are among the items on the menu at Brooklyn Laundry’s dinner parties, 20-guest events hosted in apartments on the market around the city. For $60 ($80 with wine) per person, the catering service’s chef Fiore Tedesco prepares a five or more course meal. The company’s Web site does not identify any of the apartments.
