SL Green to cut dividend

SL Green announced today that the company will cut its quarterly dividend to 10 cents per share from 37.5 cents. That translates to an annual dividend of 40 cents, down from $1.50. The company also said it has begun a public offering of at least 14.5 million shares of its common stock. SL Green saw its quarterly revenue increase in the first quarter of this year.
