SL Green prices company shares

SL Green Realty Corp. today announced that it has priced its public offering of 17 million shares of common stock at $20.75 per share. SL Green will use the proceeds, estimated to be about $336.8 million, for investment opportunities, paying off debt and buying its subsidiaries’ debt. The offering is expected to close Friday. SL Green yesterday cut its quarterly dividend to 10 cents per share from 37.5 cents.
