The space that ABN Amro put up for sublease at 7 World Trade Center might be taken soon, sources told the Post. Music licensing company Broadcast Music is reportedly subleasing 58,000 square feet of ABN’s 140,000-square-foot space, which the bank rented but never moved in to. BMI will be moving out of its space in the office portion of the Sheffield57. In addition, Italian insurance giant Generali has a sublease in place for 17,000 square feet of ABN Amro’s space, and two other financial firms will soon complete deals for the rest, the Post said.
