The home to see the biggest price cut today is a 5,000-square-foot loft at 561 Broadway, between Prince and Spring streets in Soho, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the four-bedroom, four-bath co-op, apartment 7AB, was cut by $1 million, and is now on the market for $6.9 million. This is the home’s second price cut, and it is listed for 37 percent less than its original asking price of $11 million when it first hit the market in May 2008. The apartment has a private balcony and home theater. Meisel Real Estate’s Susan Meisel and Ed Hickey have the listing. TRD
