Last extension for Boca’s Pearl?

The Boca Raton City Council once again tackled the permit extension for the Pearl condominium project, whose permits the city is starting to void. Developer Boca East LLC was notified that it may not have met city requirements to provide information and money called for under the two-year development extension granted in September 2007. One of the four condo towers is complete, one is partially complete and two are unfinished, making it unlikely work will be done by the end of the two-year period.
