Corrections and clarifications

Correction: In a story published October 5 on The Real Deal Web site, the name of the brokerage was incorrect. The correct name is NAI Global New York City.


Correction: In the October issue, the article “Finding the Bottom” erroneously listed 360 Clinton Avenue #5A as receiving a 30 percent price reduction, based on information generated by StreetEasy.com. Listing agent Jerry Minsky of Prudential Douglas Elliman said the original listing price of $850,000 included two combined apartments. The price was reduced when the owner sealed up the second apartment, and kept only #5A on the market, ultimately reducing the price to $595,000.
