So Curbed has compiled a list of the top 10 cheapest homes in Sagaponack, for the fiscally-minded luxury lover. Of course, being the cheapest home in one of the priciest markets means it’s not really a bargain-basement kind of spot — the number one cheapest home is a five-bedroom house with an asking price of $735,000. According to the listing, the property has been stuck on the market since 2007.
