St. Luke’s inks deal at Sutton in Harlem

St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center has signed a 10-year lease at the Sutton at 2771 Frederick Douglass Boulevard on the corner of 148th Street, according to a press release from Duvermay + Brooks, the landlord. The lease includes 3,000 square feet in the 134-unit residential rental building’s ground-floor retail space and 2,500 square feet in its basement. The new medical office facility is expected to open in spring 2010. Grubb & Ellis and E.L.
