Film director Barry Sonnenfeld’s apartment at 25 Ann Street in the Financial District has just sold for $1.8 million, according to the New York Times. The 2,270-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo closed for just $95,000 below its asking price. The apartment, which Sonnenfeld and his wife used as a pied-a-terre, is reportedly decorated in an all-white color scheme, complete with white floors, ceilings and walls.
