Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a 5,000-square-foot townhouse at 5 Centre Market Place in Little Italy, according to Streeteasy.com. The home is on the market for $13.95 million and is listed by Julie Pham of the Corcoran Group. The home has a steam shower and an alfresco dining space.

The second most expensive home to come online is a 4,137-square-foot condo at 28 East 10th Street in Greenwich Village. The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse condo is on the market for $12.5 million. Kristina Wallison, Robert McCain and Jennifer Callahan of Stribling & Associates have the listing.

The third priciest home is a 5,200-square-foot house at 330 West 87th Street on the Upper West Side. Sharon Pett of Brown Harris Stevens has the $8 million listing.

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is an Upper West Side studio at 40 West 72nd Street. The $245,000 co-op unit is being marketed by William Bolls and Curtis Rhine from Corcoran.

A studio at 45 Tudor City Place in Turtle Bay is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Debra Hoffman-Brill from Corcoran has the $270,000 co-op listing.

The third least expensive home to become available this week is a 675-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 585 West 214th Street in Inwood. The $279,000 unit is listed by Susanna Saarinen of Access Property Group. TRD
