Sheila Nevins and her new Chelsea Mercantile pad
HBO’s Sheila Nevins, the Emmy Award-winning producer and president of
Documentary Films, picked up a $2.3 million condo last month at the
Chelsea Mercantile at 252 Seventh Avenue, according a deed filed with the city today. The
1,891-square-foot unit, 15A, has two-bedrooms, 11-foot ceilings and
was listed for $2.6 million with independent broker Fionn Campbell, who declined to comment.
Production credits for Nevins, who can now count actor Kyle MacLachlan and designer Jay Godfrey as neighbors, include “The Alzheimer’s Project,” “Classical Baby”
and “When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts.” TRD
