Fox Residential Group, Barbara Fox’s eponymous boutique brokerage, has launched a townhouse division, the company announced today. Brokers Rob Taub and Charles Ward, who both joined Fox last year, are slated to run the division. Taub, who started working in real estate at age 19, is also a television writer and producer who contributes to People Magazine’s book review section. Ward had previously specialized in luxury co-op and loft sales. The new division was “an obvious next step” for the firm, Fox said. TRD
