247 West 35th St., Passport magazine
Magazine publisher Q Communications has relocated its corporate operations to 247 West 35th Street, after inking a deal for 2,800 square feet of office space. Savitt Partners represented the tenant in the deal, while Adams and & Miller represented the landlord for the building, located between Seventh and Eighth avenues. Q Communications, which publishes the popular gay travel magazine Passport, was located at 243 West 30th Street, also between Seventh and Eighth avenues. TRD
