A unit at Solis
Closings were announced today at Solis, a new six-story condominium at 174 Clermont Avenue between Willoughby and Myrtle avenues in Fort Greene. Halstead Property Development Marketing is handling sales at the nine-unit Brooklyn building, where only one apartment is still on the market, Halstead said. After launching sales in April, all eight of the units that were in contract closed, according to developer Ping Moy, and all the owners are now occupying their apartments. The eight units range in size from 969 to 1,800 square feet and sold for prices between $675,000 and $1.22 million. The remaining apartment is a three-bedroom 2,045-square-foot triplex asking $1.25 million, featuring a double-height ceiling, bamboo flooring, MoMA collection pendant lighting and a private yard. The condo also had a 15-year 421a tax abatement and low common charges. TRD
