225 47th StreetJaguars, a new Las Vegas-themed restaurant and nightclub, will open at 225 47th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn at the end of January. “The concept is a restaurant inside the nightclub,” owner Vincent Faraci told Crain’s. Faraci — who used to run clubs in Vegas, most recently the gentlemen’s club Crazy Horse Too — has signed a 15-year lease for 20,000 square feet, including a 4,000-square-foot outdoor area. The space was previously occupied by Platinum Café & Billiards. Construction started about six weeks ago and is almost complete. The décor will be jungle-themed, featuring palm trees, animals and birds of paradise, and the restaurant will serve Italian food. [Crain’s]
