Reality star Bethenny Frankel closes on $5M condo in Tribeca

Bethenny Frankel, the former star of “The Real Housewives of New York City” who started the Skinnygirl Margarita line, has closed on the purchase of a 3,000-square-foot
condominium in Tribeca for $4.995 million, the New York Post
reported. The building, at 195 Hudson Street, is also where Jay-Z and
Beyonce got married in the penthouse in 2008. The four-bedroom
apartment, which comes with private parking, will provide space for
Frankel and her husband Jason Hoppy, as well as their one-year-old
