Nate Ruess, the frontman of the highly popular indie pop band Fun. is moving to 710 Broadway, where he bought a two-bedroom co-op.
The Arizona native paid $2.55 million for the apartment on the second floor, which includes barrel vaulted ceilings, original wood floors and a wood-burning fireplace. The apartment also has a library.
Corcoran Group brokers Debra and Denise LaChance had the listing.
