Condos at 1 John Street and 45-17 21st Street each dominate

In November, a six-bedroom Park Slope townhouse asking $14 million was the most expensive home to hit the market in Brooklyn, according to information provided by listings service Point2 Homes.

Pamela Huson of Douglas Elliman has the listing for the three-story, single-family home.

The townhouse’s asking price is almost $10 million higher than the second priciest Brooklyn listing – a three-bedroom condominium unit at 1 John Street in Dumbo. The 2,500-square-foot condo, listed for $5.2 million, features 10-foot-high ceilings. Karen Heyman and Alan Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty are the listing brokers.

Next is a five-bedroom Park Slope townhouse at 319 4th Street asking $4.6 million. The Corcoran Group’s Behzad Amiri is listing it. Meanwhile, over in Queens, two second-floor condos at 45-17 21st Street in Long Island City are on the market as one four-bedroom pad asking $2.4 million. That would make it the borough’s priciest new listing in November, according to Point2 Homes data.
