Fashion designer Kobi Halperin nabs pad at 443 Greenwich Street

From Luxury Listings NYC: Fashion designer Kobi Halperin has just gone shopping and nabbed himself a brand new pad at Tribeca’s 443 Greenwich Street. Halperin and his wife Sagit paid $6.1 million for a three-bedroom spread at the landmarked condo building, city records show. The 2,644-square-foot first-floor apartment was listed for $7.9 million.
