Kolich Holdings buys 3 Stamford office buildings for $7.6M

Three Stamford apartment buildings were sold to Bridgeport-based Kolich Holdings this week for $7.7 million, adding a total of 52,000 square feet to its portfolio. Kolich plans to renovate the buildings, two of which are on High Ridge Road. The other is located at 1 Bank Street. Enzennio Mallozzi of Colliers International’s Stamford office brokered the deal. [WBJ]
