Plans to build luxury housing on the Kensington Road site once occupied by the Lawrence Park Heat, Light and Power company, have been around since the mid-2000s, but for decades the site lay vacant. Now, however, a 53-unit luxury condominium building is open. VillaBXV was developed by Greenwich-based Fareri Associates, which took over the 1.6 acre property in 2014. The Mediterranean-style building features condos ranging from 1,300 square feet to more than 2,000 square feet, priced from $1.3 million to $3.8 million. The property is 80 percent sold, according to Lohud. [Lohud]
