Actor Dean Winters buys condo for $3.5M

Guess what, dummies? Dean Winters, known for playing Dennis Duffy on “30 Rock,” has purchased a $3.49 million condo in Tribeca.

The two-bedroom unit at 129 Duane Street sold for much less than the $3.7 million that buyers Stephen and Bonnie Stone Meisel paid for it in 2005, the New York Post reported, citing city records. Its asking price in 2016 was $5.25 million.

The unit includes a spiral staircase, a gallery hallway, a wood-burning fireplace, a roof terrace and a skylight in the master bedroom suite.

In addition to his role on the NBC sitcom, Winters has also appeared in “Oz,” “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” and a series of Allstate ads.

Tribeca is a popular New York neighborhood for celebrities, particularly the building at 155 Franklin Street, whose current and past tenants include Taylor Swift, Aziz Ansari and Orlando Bloom. [NYP] – Eddie Small
