An empty lot in East Hampton that at one point belonged to media mogul David Geffen and at another point belonged to Courtney Sale Ross, the widow of late CEO Steven Ross is in contract, according to Behind The Hedges. Geffen bought a property that included the lot at 26 West End Avenue for around $52 million back in 2014, but he sold it after buying another property on Lily Pond Lane. The developers who bought it from him subdivided it and put 26 West End Avenue on the market; the property, which includes 1.64 acres of land and “ocean views,” was last asking $19.9 million, the outlet reported.
