While South Florida is renowned for its upscale residential offerings, Forté Development is raising the bar even higher with its forthcoming Forté Luxe. The new development will surpass anything previously seen with its sophisticated opulence, augmented by a one-of-a-kind idyllic setting that features crystal-clear waters on three sides.
Setting a New Standard for Ultra-Luxury
While the 17 multi-level residences boast unparalleled modern features, the main attraction of the private, gated community in Jupiter-Tequesta is its breathtaking natural setting surrounded by the pristine aquamarine Intracoastal Waterway.
“We offer an ambiance no other property can,” asserts developer Marius Fortelni. “Our residents will be immersed in dazzling views that will make them feel as though they are living on a yacht.” And thanks to the private boat slip that accompanies each residence, owners can decamp to their yacht whenever the mood strikes. Fortelni likens it to a golfer who lives on a course or a skier who prioritizes ski-in/ski-out access. “A boat enthusiast wants their vessel immediately accessible.”
Among Forté Luxe’s lavish amenities is a resort-style infinity pool, and each residence is equipped with top-of-the-line finishes and prestige appliances. Water drives the entirety of the experience, with every facet of the building exquisitely designed to spotlight the amazing locale, from rooftop decks and ample terrace space to soaring floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views. Even the private garages amplify the setting, with a large glass wall that offers the sensation of driving into the water. “Experiencing the water-focused oasis of Forté Luxe will start in the garage,” points out Fortelni.
Appealing to a Discerning Clientele
There is no lack of demand for luxury housing as new residents flock to Florida. Fortelni has found that people visiting from urban cores like New York or Boston increasingly want to stay. “They realize it’s not like the Florida of 30 years ago,” he says. “We are seeing permanent movement, as they embrace the lifestyle and tax-friendly policies it offers. Today’s Florida is what California was in the ‘50s; it’s a lifeboat for lots of people.”
While these eager transplants have driven much of the interest in Forté Luxe, he finds that many locals also want to upgrade, drawn to the spectacular three-sided views of Bahama-like crystal-blue water that are unlike anything they’ve ever seen. “It’s unparalleled the way the design allows the property to extend over the water.”
Fortelni believes his ideal resident is not lured in by something just because it’s the most recent offering. “New doesn’t mean better. Better means better, and that’s what we’re offering,” he says, highlighting design-driven touches like statement lighting and French doors in the bathrooms. “All waterfront property is highly desirable, yet nothing offers quite the experience Forté Luxe will. Its unobstructed water views provide the epitome of coastal living.”
While Palm Beach’s coveted restaurants and shopping are within minutes, residents of Forté Luxe are able to enjoy the lower taxes offered by Martin County. In addition, residents coming from Miami will be delighted by the lack of congestion and traffic, creating a more laidback lifestyle and easy access to other outdoor pursuits, such as the multiple golf courses within close proximity.
A Dedicated Professional Team
The developers behind Forté Luxe are well-regarded for their expertise and success. With over 40 years of international real estate development, construction and finance experience, Fortelni came to South Florida after a storied career immersed in the luxury market, most recently in Manhattan and the Hamptons. Originally from Austria, he brings an international flair having honed his skills and taste living in Saudi Arabia and Paris, among other locales.
Fortelni made a splash in the South Florida market with the company’s signature project The Forté West Palm Beach. Proving that he is able to find inspiration anywhere, this innovative design was based on a computer-generated building that captured his imagination in the James Bond movie, “Skyfall.”
“I took a screenshot from the movie and started sketching,” he explains. “While it was too modern for a residential building, I took the idea and scaled it down, maintaining the symmetry, proportion and the beauty of the cross-light, then making sure it was as functional as it was visually mesmerizing.”
Fortelni’s team specializes in amazing waterfront properties, and he credits Director of Sales & Acquisitions Troy Langan for identifying these one-of-a-kind sites, based on his savvy eye and insight into the community.
To create Forté Luxe, they have partnered with others who are the best at their craft, including Alfonso Jurado Architecture, a multidisciplinary architecture, planning and interior design firm; Affinity Construction Group; and global design firm Decorators Unlimited, all of whom have earned impeccable reputations acquired on elite projects.
“The team was assembled based on our ability to work together seamlessly,” says Fortelni. “When everyone is on the same page regarding communication and goals, the entire project becomes effortless.”
Next on the Drawing Board
While Fortelni is intimately involved in all aspects of bringing Forté Luxe to life, the world-class development team already has future projects on the docket, including Forté Sands in Clearwater. Scheduled to begin construction in early 2023, the 104-unit, 10-story development will take advantage of the only remaining three-and-a-half acre land parcel on the sand.
“I am fascinated by architecture, and always trying to see where trends are going and how we can lead the way,” Fortelni says, as proven by the unique appeal of Forté Luxe.
While we often hear that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Fortelni doesn’t believe that adage is accurate. “There’s something that attracts us to a beautiful building – and we all find it beautiful. There’s an instant reaction to the unexpected, and that’s what we aim to create here in Florida.”
Construction on Forté Luxe will start in June. Interest has been strong, and Fortelni cautions that available units are disappearing quickly, with 70% either already sold or reserved. People who want to take advantage of this one-of-a-kind opportunity should contact them without delay.
