Architecture and Design

Architecture and design are crucial components of any type of real estate. Smartly and beautifully designed buildings earn both acclaim and higher sales prices in the real estate industry.

Architecture and Design Q&A

How do architecture and design influence real estate?
Buildings with beautiful or historically significant architecture are often highly valued on the market. Aesthetic and intelligent designs also increase property value and make a space stand out to buyers. Buyers may seek out a specific style, or attempt to find architects or designers to create new styles. In the residential market, interior designers and stagers can be an influential factor in selling a home. Commercial tenants who work in retail or office spaces often value the design of a space’s interior, wanting aesthetically pleasing furniture or layouts, and spaces that are well-designed to suit the client’s need.
