Indoor trampolines, a bowling alley and a hidden waterslide are among the amenities of a Mediterranean-style mansion in Southlake that just hit the market for a hair under $20 million.

The house at 1469 Sunshine Lane in Southlake is being offered at $637 per square foot, marketed by Tracy Tutor and Breah Brown of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

The brokerage declined to name the seller, but tax records show it is Frank Renda of Southland Holdings.

Described as an “entertainer’s paradise,” the 31,000-square-foot home built in 2016 sits on 3.6 acres and includes eight bedrooms. The estate’s slew of amenities could put Dave & Busters to shame.

The mansion comes equipped with an indoor basketball court, bowling alley, gym, glass-enclosed trampoline, game room, home theater, batting cage, yoga room and golf simulator. Not to mention a wine room, elevator and two saltwater pools with a hidden water slide.

The home was listed with Keller Williams Realty this past summer for $24.5 million.

The luxury market across Dallas has cooled recently after hitting record highs during the pandemic. Redfin reported earlier this year that luxury sales — the top 5 percent of the most expensive homes — had dropped around 30 percent in 2022 compared to the same periods from a year earlier.
