Bruce Willis and his wife, model and actress Emma Heming, have once again slashed the price for their nearly 9,000-square-foot mansion in Westchester County.

The Hollywood couple initially listed their home at 340 Croton Lake Road near Bedford Corners in Mount Kisco for $12.95 million in January before cutting its price tag to almost $8.7 million in June.

Now the 22.6-acre estate, which Willis and Heming bought for $12 million in 2014, has a new ask.

The New York Post reported this week that the property overlooking the Croton Reservoir can be had for a mere $7.49 million, a roughly 42 percent discount from its asking price earlier this year.

The outlet noted that the countryside getaway, which has a five-bedroom main house, has been subdivided into another parcel at 378-384 Croton Road that is listed at $1.885 million, down from $1.995 million in March.

Douglas Elliman’s Nancy Strong, Stacey Oestreich and Ann Cutbill Lenane — the latter of whom made headlines this week for her YouTube video looking for love — have the listing. Lenane previously had the listing for Willis’ Central Park West duplex that sold last year.

Willis and Heming are the latest celebrities looking to exit Westchester, which in July saw Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas reach a $15 million off-market deal to sell their Bedford estate, only a few weeks after Glenn Close put her longtime Bedford home on the market.

The most recent price chop by Willis and Heming in Westchester comes as the couple unloaded a beachfront residence in the Turks and Caicos for $27 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. Willis and Heming were married on the property, which they listed at $33 million, in 2009. [NYP] — Brian Baxter
