The owners of a $30 million townhouse development-in-progress in Water Mill have sold it to an unidentified buyer, Behind The Hedges reported. The development, known as Water Mill Village, is currently in contract; Watermill Village Associates II LLC “are selling to someone who’ll go ahead and finish the project,” according to the outlet. The current plans for the project — including 38 townhouse units, a clubhouse and a pool — secured approval last year. Corcoran’s Jason Schommer had the listing. [BTH]
