Onetime home of Mel Brooks and Anne Bancroft hits market for $5M in Southampton

Another Hamptons home where Mel Brooks and his late wife Anne Bancroft once lived in is on the market.

This one, a beach cottage in Southampton, is now seeking $4.99 million, according to the New York Post.

The 2,304-square-foot, four-bedroom Meadow Lane home sits on Shinnecock Bay and “has water views from every room,” according to the outlet. Douglas Elliman’s Michaela Keszler is the listing broker.

The Water Mill home they used to own recently went into contract.

The couple was married for more than 40 years until Bancroft’s death in 2005. [NYPost]
