Canteen Vending Services inks lease for recently-sold Melville building

Vending company Canteen Vending Services has inked a lease for a 120,000-square-foot building in Melville, Long Island Business News reported. Beverage distributor Clare Rose owned the building on Pinelawn Road up until earlier this month, when it sold it to Maryland-based Realterm Logistics for $19.85 million, according to the outlet. Canteen plans to move around 100 employees to the new site and “consolidate its smaller Amityville and Farmingdale operations,” the outlet reported. [LIBN]
