Bunge Limited relocates out of state, opening up City Square office space in White Plains

Bunge Limited has tapped CBRE to sublease its office space in White Plains, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. The agricultural commodities supplier has a lease for 66,303 square feet of space on three floors at 50 Main Street — which is part of Ginsburg Development Cos.’ City Square — but is moving its headquarters to St. Louis, Missouri. The sublease would run through June 2025, according to the outlet. CBRE’s Brian Carcaterra told the outlet that some of the “usual suspects of Westchester’s elite businesses” have already contacted his team about the space. [WBJ]
