Unidentified buyer snaps up Danbury office complex for $7.6M

An office complex in Danbury has traded hands, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. An unidentified buyer who is “new to the Danbury market” shelled out $7.6 million for the 64,255-square-foot property on Mountainview Terrace. The property was 81 percent leased when owner 101 East Ridge LLC sold it. [FBJ]
