Cushman & Wakefield acquires NAI Long Island’s brokerage division

Cushman & Wakefield has acquired the brokerage division of Melville-based NAI Long Island, Real Estate Weekly reported. The acquisition brings 16 commercial leasing and investment sales professionals from NAI on board at Cushman, according to the outlet. “With this acquisition, we have significantly increased the number of brokerage professionals in our Melville office and firmly solidified C&W as a leader in the Long Island market,” Joseph Caridi, the executive managing director and managing principal for Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens at Cushman said in a statement.
