Retired television host Regis Philbin and his wife Joy Philbin have put their Greenwich mansion on the market at “a big loss,” the Wall Street Journal reported. The Philbins are seeking $4.595 million for the 2.59-acre “English Manor-inspired” property. That list price is 36 percent less than they bought it for around 10 years ago, according to the outlet. “We’ve moved around a lot and lived in many houses together but this house will always be our favorite,” Joy Philbin said in a statement. The couple said they’re selling the home because they’d like to spend more time with family in California. Sotheby’s International Realty agent Joseph Barbieri has the listing. [WSJ]
