A shopping and office plaza on Long Island is getting a “makeover” valued at more than $4 million, Long Island Business News reported. Ambrosino Consultant Corp., Combined Resources Consulting and Design and ACC Real Estate Services are working together to renovate East Meadow Plaza, which sits on 11.16 acres in East Meadow. The goal is to “reposition the property so it’s more attractive to today’s tenants,” ACC principal John Proscia told the outlet. Renovations will include a new parking lot and new building facades.
