Norwalk’s Haviland Gates complex sells to mystery buyer

An unidentified buyer bought a luxury apartment community in South Norwalk for $14 million, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. Post Road Group sold the 29-unit Haviland Gates complex, which includes one, two and three-bedroom apartments. CBRE’s Louis Zuckerman, who represented Post Road Group and brought the buyer along with CBRE’s Patrick Colwell, called the community a “one-of-a-kind asset in the Norwalk multifamily market.” [FBJ]
