A Southampton estate known as the Normandy House is no longer on the market, Newsday reported. An unidentified buyer shelled out $22 million for the nine-bedroom home on Lake Agawam, marking the priciest sale in the Hamptons during October, according to the Corcoran Group’s Tim Davis . The 1930-built mansion took a significant price chop, having first listed for $48 million. Amenities include a tennis court, a heated pool, a pool house and a guest cottage. [Newsday]
