Queens developer buys up Hartsdale apartment complex

Queens-based Muss Development has purchased a glass apartment complex in Hartsdale for $29.2 million, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. Allied Glasshouse LLC bought the building, known as Glasshouse 250, on behalf of Muss Development LLC, which is helmed by developer Jason Muss. The five-story building was built in 2018 and houses 51 apartments, including one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include “two theater rooms, a fitness center, a party room, stainless steel appliances and storage units,” according to the outlet. [WBJ]
