Mack-Cali breaks ground on Parsipanny project for Venture X

Florida-based shared-office provider Venture X has broken ground on a new location in New Jersey, NJBIZ reported. Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is building the 15,000-square-foot facility in Parsippany, according to the outlet. The facility “will fill a definite need for coworking space in a quickly growing area, as well as provide a unique work environment and networking opportunities to remote workers, freelancers and small businesses,” Venture X Parsippany owner Mahender Gorrai said in a statement.
