New Cappelli Organization building could rise in New Rochelle

The Cappelli Organization hopes to build a 28-story mixed-use building in New Rochelle, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. The project would contain 244 apartments and would rise on a site that is currently home to the Planned Parenthood New Rochelle Center, which will be relocating. The Cappelli Organization already has a mixed-use building called The Standard next to the proposed construction site, which is set to open in the first quarter of 2020. The developer will need New Rochelle’s approval to move forward with the new proposal. [WBJ]
