Stamford apartment complex sells for $9M less than its 2014 price

A pair of limited liability companies shelled out $90 million for an apartment complex in Stamford, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. The companies, which are affiliated with New Jersey-based AJH Management, bought the complex known as Infinity Harbor Point from Clarion Partners. Clarion Partners bought the 240-unit building in the Harbor Point district from Building and Land Technology and Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds for $99 million back in 2014. [FBJ]
