Maryland-based design consultant Streetsense will oversee “retail vision and strategy” for the $1.5 billion Nassau Hub project, Long Island Business News reported. Streetsense will also make sure the $1.5 billion RXR Realty and Onexim Entertainment Group development’s retail portion is “complementary, not competitive to existing retail offerings in the market,” according to the outlet. The developers could break ground on two parking structures that are part of the project in “the first half of 2021,” pending approvals. [LIBN]
