An 1860-built barn conversion in Westchester County that was renovated by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright has hit the market for $1.25 million, Curbed reported. Architect Vito Fosella “added some mid-century charm” to the 3,049-square-foot home in Pound Ridge via a renovation, according to the outlet. The 5.7-acre property includes a lake, a pool and pool house. The house was once occupied by Pound Ridge Land Conservancy founders Ed and Mary Jane Russell. [Curbed]
