227-unit Norwalk apartment complex sells to NJ investment firm

A private New Jersey-based investment firm bought a 227-unit apartment complex in Norwalk from an unidentified seller for an undisclosed price, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. The eight-story complex known as Merritt River Apartments houses one, two and three-bedroom apartments with rents ranging from $1,723 per month to $2,962 per month, according to the outlet. [FBJ]
