A “Bauhaus-style” house in Amagansett designed by architect John Fondrisi is on the market, Newsday reported. Fondrisi, who is known for designing loft spaces in Manhattan, is seeking $4.995 million for the four-bedroom house, according to the outlet. The home overlooks the ocean and has a heated gunite pool that was just built this past summer. The buyer will have to be “somebody who sees the value in modern architecture,” Saunders’ & Associates’ Roxane Mosleh told the outlet. [Newsday]
